I tried Superfiliate because I wanted an easier way to recruit affiliates, but it didn’t do much for me. Getting set up was fine, but once I actually started using it, finding decent affiliates was way slower than I expected. A few of the tools felt a little unclear, and I ended up doing way more manual outreach myself than I thought I’d have to. Support did respond when I reached out, but the answers weren’t always that useful for what I needed. Maybe it’s better if you’re a bigger brand with more traction, but for my business, it just didn’t really deliver.

Attribution has been working well for us, and I was able to get everything set up quickly... it’s just nice to finally see which sales sources are actually doing something.

Support got back to me really quickly and fixed the problem without turning it into some big complicated thing. i had a good feeling once they replied, and they pretty much proved me right. Super easy experience overall, thanks guys.

It works fine overall, but I can’t shake the feeling that it’s still missing a few basic features. I keep wondering if I’m overlooking something or if those options just aren’t there yet. It’s usable, but I’d feel a lot better about it with a bit more polish and some reassurance that updates are coming.

superfiliate has made it way easier for me to keep track of conversations with affiliates without feeling like I’m leaving something important buried in email or Slack. I’m careful about not letting details slip through the cracks, so having messages and updates in one place gives me a little more peace of mind.

The communication tools are simple, but they do what I need. I can send quick notes, check replies, and keep partners updated without making everything a bigger task than it needs to be. Overall, it just makes the affiliate side feel more organized and less risky to manage.

I got it connected to my Shopify store without too much trouble. A couple of the settings took me a minute to figure out, but support was helpful and got me pointed in the right direction. Everything’s running smoothly now, so overall I’m happy with it

Getting set up was easy overall, and the influencer onboarding went smoother than I expected. That said, there were a few little hiccups that kept popping up, and they got kind of annoying. Nothing major, but just enough small issues here and there to make me pause a couple times. Like I said, it was smooth for the most part, but the minor hiccups were definitely noticeable.

The reports do what they’re supposed to do, and I didn’t have any major issues using them. That said, I was hoping for a bit more detail and easier-to-understand breakdowns. For me, it’s fine for basic tracking, but I wouldn’t say it’s great if you need deeper insights

It’s not perfect, though. The dashboard has had a few little bugs, and some of the reports can load slower than I’d like. Support has helped when we’ve reached out, just not always right away. Still, overall, it’s been a solid tool for us so far.
